Part of the Integral Group, Elementa Consulting's Oxford office is seeking a mechanically biased Associate to join their management team. Ideally, you will already be a chartered engineer or working towards your CEng with 10+ years experience.
Technical Ability & Qualifications
Demonstrates strong and on-going commitment to design and technical excellence.Embraces innovative techniques and advocates quality service.
Designs projects, conducts research, or produces other works of high calibre quality on a consistent basis in the spirit and expectations of Elementa.
Has mastered expertise in a particular discipline or specialty which is sought after for challenging assignments. Is self-directed in area of expertise.
Has led or directed a team on a major project/assignment. Consistently demonstrates significant core responsibility on project teams or assignments
Understands importance of project manpower and expense budgets; meets goals set by team leader while satisfying client objectives. Delivers project profitability
Integrates scope with budget, schedule, and organisational structure.
Provides valuable strategic insight and recommendations to leaders to improve project design, performance, service and opportunities.
Understands the concept of risk-taking and the role it plays in moving the firm forward and explores strategic ideas with other team members.
Takes role in meeting client expectations to help ensure repeat opportunities.
Participates in marketing activities.
Takes initiative to develop marketing or business development skills.
Plays role in development of new clients and maintains relationships with long-term clients.

Minimum of ten + years post graduation experience
Minimum HNC/HND Qualified
Educated to degree standard

We offer a competitive remuneration package with a salary range between £50,000 and £55,000, as well as excellent benefits, training, development, and an upbeat work environment.
