Under the direction of Global People Director manage the US recruiting strategy and execution. Oversee full cycle recruitment efforts for all locations across the US. Act as lead recruiter and manage new hire onboarding curriculum and offboarding procedures, ensuring consistency at all locations. Act as back up HR Generalist. Maintain a productive, professional and dynamic culture in alignment with our company values: Trust, Nurture and Inspire.


  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies for careers webpage, social media, etc
  • In coordination with location senior management, assist in workforce planning
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process
    • Develop strategies to attract top candidates, sources and talent pipelines 
    • Implement best practices and coordinate national-level initiatives
    • Process requisitions, coordinate needs assessment with hiring managers, draft and place job postings, screen candidates, extend verbal and written offers 
  • Manage employment agreements and contracts
  • Oversee applicant tracking system ensuring data accuracy and produce regular reports
  • Develop onboarding curriculum for all locations, conduct new hire orientations at resident location; conduct offboarding procedures 
  • Serve as back up HR Generalist in other functional areas of HR
  • Manage immigration/VISA applications


  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a recruiter working in multiple states and developing branding and recruitment strategies
  • Degree or certificate in human resources or related area preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of at least two areas of HR functions beyond recruiting: compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, talent development, retention, termination, policy, HRIS, etc
  • Highly organized with exceptional prioritization skills to effectively balance conflicting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a group demonstrating 'team spirit' as well as independently motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills


  • Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry, professional services firm, consulting engineering or a related engineering or technical discipline is highly preferred
  • Experience with Jazz or a similar ATS is preferred
  • Environmentally minded with an understanding of energy and climate change issues
